Meet the Shark litter!
This litter of TEN was dumped on a dead end road in Georgia with no mom in sight. They ended up in a local shelter, where their future was uncertain. But now they're safe at Animal Haven and ready to start their new lives fresh here in the city!
These little pups are blank slates, ready to be molded into the best dogs they can be. They're your typical puppies who will need your training and guidance to set them up for success. Everything from basics to socialization to potty training - be prepared for the ups and downs of puppyhood!
We expect this litter to grow to be medium-sized.
Come meet these pups at Animal Haven!
(Fun fact: Baby sharks are also called pups!)
Mixed-breed dogs pull traits from several lines, which often means fewer breed-linked health problems and a temperament best judged by meeting the dog. What the foster or shelter observed day to day is far more predictive than any breed guess.
Depends on the individual. A daily walk plus play is the baseline; ask the foster how the dog behaves after a quiet day.
Mixes are often excellent city dogs. Building breed restrictions are usually enforced on what a dog looks like, so ask the rescue how the dog is typically identified.
