Kayce was a Yellowstone litter pup, who was recently returned to us through no fault of his own. This big ol' baby is the sweetest boy and is a little overwhelmed being back at the shelter after being in a home for over a year.
Kayce does well with other dogs and people and should settle back into a routine pretty quickly! He is a bit chonky and needs to lose a few pounds, but his primary goal right now is finding a home!
Come meet Kayce at Animal Haven!
Mixed-breed dogs pull traits from several lines, which often means fewer breed-linked health problems and a temperament best judged by meeting the dog. What the foster or shelter observed day to day is far more predictive than any breed guess.
Depends on the individual. A daily walk plus play is the baseline; ask the foster how the dog behaves after a quiet day.
Mixes are often excellent city dogs. Building breed restrictions are usually enforced on what a dog looks like, so ask the rescue how the dog is typically identified.
